Why is provision made when renting a car?

Provisioning procedures are among the procedures applied during car rental. It is applied to protect any traffic fines, bridge tolls, highway usage or other additional fees that may arise during your rental. Provision cancellations can be made within 2 to 15 business days by sending a fax to the bank the day after your vehicle is returned.

Can I have the vehicle I rented delivered to my address?

You can pick up the vehicle you rented at your address with the address delivery option. Address delivery fees vary depending on the proximity/distance of the location you request. You can contact us for detailed information.

I had an accident, what should I do?

In case of an accident, before panicking, an accident report is required for double-sided accidents, or a police or gendarmerie report is required if the accident is one-sided. When you take delivery of your vehicles, get detailed information about the status of the insurance.
