⚫ Chain accidents (accidents involving more than 2 vehicles)

- Photocopy of driver's license, insurance policy and registration of all vehicles
• Double Accidents / Where a second vehicle is present

IMPORTANT WARNINGS
ACCORDING TO INSURANCE AND CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS;
IN ORDER TO COVER THE COSTS OF DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE, CHECK THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS, WITH WET SIGNATURE AND COMPLETE, BEFORE MOVING THE VEHICLE IN THE ACCIDENT AREA.
IF THE VEHICLE YOU RENTED IS OUT OF USE; THE CLOSEST TOWLER TO YOUR LOCATION
IT WILL BE SENT BY RESİS CAR RENTAL
IF THE VEHICLE YOU RENTED IS IN USE; BRING YOUR VEHICLE AND YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO OUR OFFICE.
IF THE ABOVE DOCUMENT(S) ARE MISSING, DECLARED UNFOUNDATIONAL / ILLEGAL, OR KEPT AFTER THE MOMENT OF THE INCIDENT: IT WILL BE A CRIMINAL CRIME AND THE DAMAGES WILL BE COVERED BY YOU.
DAMAGE EXEMPTION IS AVAILABLE FOR DAMAGED VEHICLES DEPENDING ON YOUR DEFECT.
OUR COMPANY PROVIDES TOWING SERVICE ONLY WITHIN THE CITY OF ISTANBUL.
IN CASE OF DAMAGES OUTSIDE THE CITY, THE TOWING FEE TO BRING IT TO ISTANBUL IS FOUND BY THE CUSTOMER.
